Shipping policy – Chef-Kids

Digital products

Digital products, such as FoodWise Generation for schools, are not shipped. You receive a download link by email after your order.

Shipping days

Chef-Kids ships physical orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you order on one of these days before 12:00 noon (Amsterdam time), your order usually ships the same day.

Delivery time

Depending on the carrier, your package usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days after shipping within the Netherlands. Orders placed outside our shipping days ship on the next shipping day.

Delays

If shipping takes longer because of high demand, stock issues or other circumstances, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain amount; see your cart.
